When I am feeling down, to cheer myself up I LOVE to...
1. Talk to my girlfriends. It's always good to tell at least one person what is bothering you so emotions aren't bottled up.
2. Shop. Shopping is amazing therapy!
3. Eat sweets. There is something about a yummy cupcake that always makes me feel better.
4. Be lazy with the boyfriend. We watch television like there is no tomorrow and sometimes laying in bed all day with the boob tube on cheers me up.
I am with you with all of these! Shopping and eating sweets totally cheers me up in no time!
